Article Submitter Are you writing articles and submitting them to article directories in hopes they (your links) get picked up by webmasters and search engines? Have you paid for article submission services? Have you ever wanted to submit your articles to a bunch of article sites for free?

Check out Article Submitter, another piece of SEO/Marketing software from Brad Callen, the maker of SEO Elite.

Freely submit your articles to 85 of the top article sites. 85? Yes, 85… I didn’t even know 85 article sites existed… let alone 660 which is what you can upgrade to if you want.. not sure who would want to though. Even though the software makes it easier for you to submit to article directories it doesn’t do it automatically.

You still have to sign up for those 660 article directories and submit your site by hand. Article Submitter makes it a bit easier by autofilling a lot of your info on submission, but 660,, that’s a lot of article sites to submit to! Again something you might want to consider outsourcing. I think 85 article directories is enough to submit to but that’s just me. Of course 660 is more coverage and you might very well get links solely from the article directories themselves. Check it out if you are doing article marketing for SEO purposes.

Directory Submitter Ahh the good ol’ directory submission services out there. Charging a hundred dollars to submit your link to 100, 200, 250, 300, 350 of the top directory sites around. Directories can be a good way to get your site some one way backlinks but having another company do it can be costly and you might not be aware of what you’re getting. If you have the time to submit your site you should do it yourself. If you have the time and you’re new to SEO submitting your site to directories is a given.

You can find a lot of cheap directory submission services out there or you can do it yourseslf. When you do it yourself you can submit your site only to directories you see fit.

A great product that Brad Callen just released is Directory Submitter. A piece of software that runs on your desktop that allows you to submit your site to hundreds of directories all from one interface. Directory Submitter has 350 directories in it’s list that you can submit to for free. 350 directories is a lot for free. If you want you can upgrade the demo software to submit your site to thousands of directories. Thousands of directories might be pushin it though as that seems like an awful lot of directories to hand submit sites to.

You can use the software for free and submit your site to 350 directories though without having to pay a dime. Great isn’t it.

Want your site submitted to those 350 directories without doing it yourself? Outsource it. Ask someone on scriptlance.com or guru.com to hand submit your site to those 350 directories using the software. You might be able to get someone to do it for cheaper then a directory submission service.

Social Poster – Post to Multiple Social Bookmarking Sites at Once

Social Poster Social bookmarking is big in SEO and if you aren’t spamming the social bookmark sites with your links then your missing out! Haha! But seriously SEO’s are using social bookmarking to secretly bookmark their own sites along with real sites of course. This gives you a little more exposure and might even bring in some leads. It might even bring in some links… Links with Pagerank oh my!

Don’t spend your time bookmarking sites seperately onto each of the social bookmarking sites you are a member of… Go here to Social Poster and post your links once to multiple bookmarking sites. 38 sites in fact. Social Poster gives you a convenient Bookmarklet to use in Firefox to easily get to.

Bookmarking your own sites definetely doesn’t hurt in SEO. I actually recommend bookmarking your own sites once in awhile. Hell you spend all your time bookmarking everyone elses sites so why not yours right?

If you do SEO yourself for your own sites you are more then likely already doing this. If not you should start. Seriously. Don’t go bookmarking every page of your site though. You want to be under the radar a little bit. There’s nothing wrong with it. Go on.. Bookmark. See what happens.
