I agree, Search Engine Spiders can't read your content if the site is still in Frames. They are burdens for SEO especially if the client doesn't want to change anything. Especially on Real Estate websites, there are alot of real estate sites that aren't updated yet or redesigned yet. So taking the advantage of the new trend today by making an SEO friendly site is a must.

Frames really have no advantage and are used because it's easier to create the navigation for one page then it is for all pages, but doing so kills your chances of ranking in search engines. I'd steer clear of using them altogether.

If you're a real estate agent and think your website uses frames but are not sure post a comment here and I will have a look at it and let you know.

Very good article, I see it all the time also. Realtors aren't SEO experts and most seem to be using "turn-key" websites that aren't very SEO friendly. I am glad your article could shed some light on the subject!

Thank You,

I wonder if having no frames will make the viewer wander more, and leave them less focused?
